Yunhi Episode-12 Review: Kim taunts Dawood for being an opportunist and marrying her
Has Dr Naveed taken Kim's passport and belongings with him?
HUM TV drama serial Yunhi is 12 episodes down and still, the story particularly the character of Kim is not growing on us. It is indeed such a poorly written character and one feels really bad for Maya Ali for playing such a role. In the previous episode, we watched Kim and Dawood finally get nikkahfied. In this episode it is shown that Dr Naveed leaves for the US taking Kim’s passport and belongings with him. This episode in particular is a bit dragged with screen time covered in Kim’s hues and cries.
Well, we are wondering what is cooking in Dr Naveed’s mind. Will he keep his promise to marry Iqbal? Will he return to Pakistan? Well if he wants to go to the USA he would have chosen another day why it is important to leave Kim right on her wedding night knowing Kim’s nature he would have an idea what fuss she will create when she will find him missing.
On the other hand, I am flabbergasted to see Kim’s actions she is totally making no sense at all! Why she has decided to marry Dawood when she has no intentions of letting him touch her? What is the reason behind marrying him? One of the reasons that make sense is that she has hots for him but it is shown that she is not allowing her to touch her and has no intentions to consummate her wedding.
Kim’s attitude has not changed a bit she is still calling Razia, Razia and still calls Dawood David which sounds super annoying. Dr Naveed disappearing in the middle of her wedding night has created even more trouble for the family. He should have done it in a better way. On top of that Dr Naveed took all of Kim’s things including her passport, documents, mobile and laptop so she cannot be able to get back to the US.
Dr Naveed should have an idea that what fuss his daughter will create when she will find him and her belongings missing. Dr Naveed has put Dawood’s life in trouble. Kim starts blaming the neighbour boys for stealing her stuff nor Dada Jee or Dawood thinking that it might be Dr Naveed who has done this with her. We are feeling sorry for the spineless Dawood but at the same time, we are wondering why he has married Kim when he even does not like her! Kim taunts him as an opportunist for marrying her. If this is the case Kim thinks then why did she let herself marry an opportunist? Totally absurd story!
