It is a hodge podge confusing play, just ridiculous. It makes a hero out of a dictator Saifur Rahman who doesn’t give legitimate right to his wife of 25 years, making her desperate to go to any extent. The play is justifying marrying by force, rewarded with the young educated wife Raina to really start loving such an old, dictatorial landlord and totally forgetting his original love/fiance ! It leaves hanging the 2 legitimate lovers of Raina. Should have united Raina with her first love and cousin Haris instead of Haris marrying before hand. Also bad taste in Saad having to love Raina and then marrying Abira, Then, Abira’s behavior towards her mother is totally unnatural, being merciless to her in sickness! I wasted time watching.
