2nd Pakistan Film Festival New York concludes on a high note!
The 2nd Pakistan Film Festival in New York concluded on Sunday night on a high note following a musical concert. An event successfully arranged by Maleeha Lodhi, serving at present as Pakistan’s Ambassador in the UN in New York. The 2-day event screened some of Pakistani highest grossing films in packed houses, which included 7 Din Mohabbat In, Parchi, Verna, Cake, Na Band Na Baraati, La La Begum and Punjab Nahi Jaungi.
Many popular Pakistani celebrities were present to grace the festival in high spirits; Dr Maleeha Lohdi kept the audience updated with all the happenings via her twitter, she also termed the event as, “Our effort in cultural diplomacy to provide an international platform to Pakistan’s rising movie industry”.
