Taking it to social media on Tuesday, Ahad broke the news to his fans and followers.
“After delaying this show for almost 2 years, I am beyond excited to finally make this announcement. I’ll see you on stage, GTA,” Ahad captioned the poster of the production revealing the dates of the theater.
According to the poster, the new production of Hamlet will have five public shows from October 12-18.
The poster of Hamlet also unveils the details of the character played by the Pakistani-Canadian actor along with the dates of the performances.
It elaborated, “Furious and fast-paced Hamlet for our times. Canadian- Pakistani superstar Ahad Raza Mir brings ferocity to this electrifying tale of unhinged vengeance and tainted love. ”

The new production of Hamlet is directed by Haysam Kadri.
For those unserved, in 2018 Hamlet was played at Vertigo Theatre, in Calgary, Canada, for which he also won the Betty Mitchell Award in the category of “Outstanding Performance by an Actor in a Drama”.
