Cake prologue episode 2: What went wrong b/w Zara and Adnan?
I have seen Cake thrice in cinema. Not a follower of the superhero films, thought of going again this weekend. My YouTube’s watch again section shows two webisodes that I have played numerous times. I wish Asim Abbasi has started working on his next film. I simply can’t get enough of his work.
Cake The Film Prologue: A Peek Into Zara and Adnan’s Love Life
The 2nd webisode, tells the story how the relationship between Zara and Adnan beings to disrupt. The direction once again is slick. The websiode begins with Zara and Adnan, smiling. But it feels different from their initial interaction. There are silent arguments, waving arms and walking away. The pacing is key here. He leaves us wanting more. The background music is strong and makes you feel for the two characters involved.
