HBO Boss Casey Bloys Confirms

In an exciting announcement for fans of the critically acclaimed series Euphoria, HBO has confirmed that production for Season 3 will kick off in January 2025.

“We are shooting ‘Euphoria,’” HBO boss Casey Bloys told reporters on Tuesday at an HBO/Max press event.”

“I think we have a start date, mid to late January. Nothing’s changed. Somebody said something online, and then this whole thing started. We are shooting the season. I have read the scripts. We’re happy. We’re moving ahead. All of the actors are in the show,” he added.

Despite the busy schedules of its main cast, including superstar Zendaya, Sydney Sweeney, Jacob Elordi, and Hunter Schafer, all principal actors are set to return, promising another thrilling chapter in the lives of their complex characters.

The upcoming season will have eight episodes, with creator Sam Levinson hinting at a fresh narrative direction that may include a “film noir” style. This innovative approach aims to dive deeper into the moral complexities and emotional struggles faced by the characters in East Highland, California.

The announcement comes after a series of delays due to industry-wide labor strikes and the heartbreaking loss of cast member Angus Cloud. However, HBO remains committed to delivering a captivating continuation of the series that has resonated with audiences worldwide.

Fans can anticipate a blend of intense drama, exploration of love and loss, and the ever-present theme of addiction as the beloved characters navigate their tumultuous lives. With production set to begin soon, excitement is building for what promises to be another unforgettable season of Euphoria. Stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to the premiere!
