Usman Mukhtar’s film Gulabo Rani has bagged 7 international awards!
Actor-director Usman Mukhtar’s horror flick Gulabo Rani is slated for a release in March, but it is already making waves internationally.
Taking it to social media, Usman Mukhtar made the announcement of the new achievements.
Mukhtar wrote: Alhamdulillah so happy to announce that our film Gulabo Rani has bagged 7 more awards internationally. Gulabo won 4 awards at Independent Shorts Awards in Los Angeles!!

He continued to pen an emotional note thanking everyone involved in the project, “from the cast to the crew” for all their “hard work and dedication”. He considers accomplishing so much on such a tight budget “truly amazing”.
“Despite the challenges we faced, each and every one of you brought your A-game to the table,” Usman said, adding. “You poured your hearts and souls into this project, and it shows in the final product. Your commitment to excellence and passion for storytelling is what made this film a success.”

The star cast of the Gulabo Rani includes Usama Javaid Haider, Meiraj Haq, Daniyal Khaqan Afzal, Omer Abdullah Khan, Natasha Humera Ejaz and Khushhal Khan Khattak.
The trailer of the film was released last year by Eastern Terrestrial Studios, Mukhtar’s production company.
