Jamie Foxx roped in for vampire comedy ‘Day Shift’ at Netflix
Jamie Foxx has been roped in to star in and executive producing vampire comedy “Day Shift,” at Netflix.
The film will also see JJ Perry making his directorial debut with the script is written by Tyler Tice with current revisions by Shay Hatten (the person behind “John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum”).
According to the media reports, Oscar-winning actor Foxx will play the character of a hard-working, blue-collar father who wants to give a good life for his quick-witted 8-year-old daughter, but his mundane San Fernando Valley pool cleaning job is a front for his real source of income, i.e, hunting and killing vampires.
Foxx is also the executive producer of the project along with Datari Turner and Peter Baxter.
