Looney Tunes’s Wile E. Coyote is getting his own movie!

Wile E. Coyote the greatest Looney Tunes character of all time, who happens to get neglected because Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck get all the attention, and yet he keeps on silently and desperately chasing Roadrunner in a series of skits that always ends in his destruction.

But this time Wile E. Coyote is lucky enough as he is getting his own movie. Warner Bros are making Coyote Vs Acme their next Looney Tunes outing. According to the media reports Chris McKay, the director of The Lego Batman Movie, is producing Coyote film.

Josh and Jon Silberman are being reported to have signed on to write the script. It is same team behind “It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia”, which will be bringing the unluckiest Looney ’toon back this time on big screen.

There have been two big Looney Tunes movies which have made it to the cinema in the last 22 years are 1996’s Space Jam which made $230.4 million dollars on box-office worldwide. And the latest was back in 2003, Looney Tunes: Back in Action which made only did 70 million dollars’ business internationally.

Further details regarding this film are not out yet. But with Wile E. Coyote the possibilities are limitless. Here is a flashback of his epic failure in Looney tunes
