Netflix Confirms Delay for Hindi OTT Release of Pushpa 2

This follows the film's successful theatrical run, which began on December 5, 2024

Netflix has confirmed that the highly anticipated film Pushpa 2: The Rule will be available for streaming on January 30, 2025.

However, there is disappointing news for Hindi-speaking audiences, as the Hindi-dubbed version will not be released simultaneously with the original Telugu version and other regional languages (Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam).

The delay for the Hindi version has not been specified, but reports suggest it could be available by mid-February.

This follows the film’s successful theatrical run, which began on December 5, 2024, and has generated significant box office revenue, exceeding ₹1738 crore globally.

In addition to the language limitations, Netflix will offer a reloaded version of Pushpa 2, which includes an extra 23 minutes of previously unseen footage. This extended cut aims to enhance the viewing experience for fans who may have already seen the film in theatres.

The theatrical release had already included an additional 20 minutes of content in a reloaded version that premiered on January 17, 2025.

While fans eagerly await the Hindi version, they can look forward to experiencing the extended content in other languages starting January 30.
