A new Punjabi film titled Seylum is currently in production, featuring popular actors Amna Ilyas and Muneeb Butt in lead roles. This project will mark both actors’ debut in Punjabi cinema.
Written and directed by Abu Aleeha, Seylum will be filmed in various scenic locations including Lahore, Kallar Kahar, Nathiagali, Cholistan, and Bahawalpur.
As reported, the film is produced by Awais Raoof under Jehan Films — the production house behind Shaan Shahid’s Zarrar.
The plot details for the upcoming Punjabi film Seylum have not been disclosed. However, sources claim that the film is described as action-packed and will be the second most expensive Punjabi film after the 2022 blockbuster The Legend of Maula Jatt.
As reported, the production team aims to release the film on Eidul Fitr next year.
