Nimra Bucha has won big at the UK Asian Film Festival!
Taking it to social media, the Pakistani actress broke the news of her accomplishments.
Bucha, who has been part of three global projects, including Polite Society, Kamli, and Ms. Marvel, has won three prestigious accolades representing each of these projects.
At the festival, the film Kamli won the Film Curator’s Choice Award while Polite Society received the Film Wallahs Choice Award.
While Bucha, 42, was awarded the TOF Flame Award for Championing Change.
Sharing an image featuring herself alongside the trophies, Nimra wrote: “Unreal. Grateful. Thank you to UK Asian Film Festival for recognizing the amazing Kamli, Polite Society, Ms. Marvel, and the fantastic projects I’ve been part of. Lucky lucky lucky to be part of. Kamli won the Film Curator’s Choice Award. Polite Society won the Film Wallahs Choice Award. I got one too.”
