While many of us love to have a fancy Iftar spread at our homes with deliciously cooked snacks by ammis, there’s also a lot amongst us who doesn’t mind going out for an Iftar or two during Ramadan. So to save you from the hassle of picking the best restaurant for Iftar this time, we have compiled the list that might tempt your taste buds (and pockets too).

Comparatively a new entrant in the Karachi restaurant scene, Elemento is known for its comfy and rustic ambiance and affordable yet delicious food. This Ramadan, the restaurant is offering one person’s Iftar platter for Rs.890 only.
Kebabi
Another new entrant in the restaurant industry of the city, Kebabi has impressed us with its food and fine-dining yet homely ambiance. The Ramadan iftar buffet at Kebabi will commence from May 12, and you can enjoy a buffet for Rs.850 (+tax) per head.
Lal Qila
Lal Qila is one of the most popular and consistent restaurants in the city. As always the restaurant has three different Iftar buffet packages, and for the first Ashara (till May 9) you can enjoy Iftar + dinner buffet there for Rs.1350 (adults) and Rs.690 (kids). Rosati Bistro

A little different from the rest of the lot, Tandoor – a new restaurant in North Nazimabad – is offering Iftar deals for different groups of people. Their two persons deal comprising of Iftar platter and main courses is for Rs1599 (+tax) and four persons deal would cost you Rs.2999 (+tax). They’ll also be offering a 30% off on delivery for the month of Ramadan.
Cocochan
Now if you are bored with the regular desi and continental menus most restaurants will be offering, Cocochan is your go to place. With an Iftar buffet for Rs1990 (+tax), Cocochan will be serving pan Asian cuisine in full swing that will have a variety of seafood and not-your-regular-Iftar items.
Kababjees Do Darya
So this is the most expensive of this lot with Iftar buffet for Rs.2299 (+tax). However, given the guaranteed taste of Kababjees coupled with the ambiance and extravagant menu, we feel you would be satisfied for the price they are charging.
