Sajal Ali joins the star cast of Jemima Goldsmith’s production ‘What’s Love Got To Do With It’, the official confirmation has arrived!
The film is said to be a romantic comedy that also stars Emma Thompson, Lily James, and Shazad Latif in titular roles.
The upcoming film will also mark Shekhar Kapur’s return to the director chair after 2007 released Elizabeth.
As we reported the other day that Sajal Ali is rumoured to be in London busy with the shoot.
London-based BBC reporter Haroon Rashid after breaking the news has confirmed the bit.

Furthermore, Bollywood veteran actress Shabana Azmi has also joined the star cast.

It was last year in November when it became official that Former journalist and ex-wife of PM Imran Khan, Jemima Goldsmith is all set to make her first impression as a producer of a feature film.
The last time we saw Sajal Ali on-screen, was a TV drama of Geo Entertainment titled Alif based upon Umera Ahmed’s novel of the same name.
