Sarwar Bhatti withdraws all legal cases against the Legend of Maula Jatt

Finally, some good news for Pakistani Cinema, the legal cases against the film Legend of Maula Jatt has been withdrawn.

The producer of the film Ammara Hikmat has confirmed with Oyeyeah that Sarwar Bhatti, the CEO of Bahoo and the producer of the original Maula Jatt has withdrawn all the legal cases against the upcoming film Legend of Maula Jatt.

The legal battle delayed the release of the film causing disappointment among the film fans.

It was earlier in 2017 when the legal battle kicked off between the new film and original film producers. Sarwar Bhatti, the producer of the original film had filed a case against Bilal Lashari and Ammara Hikmat for copyright infringement.

And now with this latest good news, An Encyclomedia & Lashari Films Production in association with AAA Motion Pictures “The Legend of Maula Jatt”, will get a new release date soon, most probably at this Eid, however, the official announcement is being awaited.

The battle this time is going to be epic as Fawad Khan plays the Maula Jutt, while Hamza Ali Abbasi takes over the character of Noori Nath.
