Season 5 shoot wraps up! By order of the Peaky Blinders cast and crew

After the season 4 finale in December 2017, it was confirmed earlier that Peaky Blinders would be returning in 2019. And yes the much-anticipated series gets one step closer for making its comeback on screens.

Season 4 of the series ended with the deadly Tommy Shelby becoming the elected MP of the Birmingham South constituency, cementing the Shelby clan’s position of power. And it eagerly being awaited what new season will bring on.

The shoot for Peaky Blinders Season 5 has been wrapped up. The production team has made an announcement on Instagram.

Earlier it was shared that the Shooting for the Birmingham-based crime drama, which airs on the BBC, will finally end on January 18. The 4 seasons of the drama series are also available on the streaming website, Netflix.

The series has a massive fan following around the world, as soon as people came to know about season 5 will be landing soon. There have been massive reactions on Twitter for Peaky Blinders to return.

In Seaoson 5, Cillian Murphy will return as Tommy Shelby, along with Paul Anderson (Arthur Shelby), Michael Gray (Finn Cole), Sophie Rundle (Ada Thorne) and Helen McCrory as Polly Gray. Sam Claflin, Anya Taylor-Joy and Brian Gleeson were all recently announced as new cast members.

According to the original synopsis, the forthcoming series will see the world ‘thrown into turmoil by the financial crash of 1929’.
