Tapmad brings Un-sanitized – The Comedy Show

Are you sad? Fearful? Bored?

It makes perfect sense. The COVID-19 has the whole world in its grip. When just a few weeks ago, staying at home seemed an impossible act for most, the entire world’s population is now locked in their homes.

On the plus side, being at home has given most families the opportunity to spend time together and bond over activities like cooking, playing games and watching movies. Individuals are catching up on the latest soaps and binge-watching their favourite shows. As a result, streaming platforms; including Tapmad; have observed a steep rise in viewership.

Just before the lockdown was announced, Tapmad had produced its first-ever ORIGINAL series: “The Un-sanitized Comedy Show”. While it was all set for release, the Tapmad team was extremely sensitive to the severity of the situation and chose not to air the show as an acknowledgment of the current global sentiment. Three weeks down the lane however, the team realized that the timing of this couldn’t be any better! This series is very possible, the best means to disperse the thick air of gloom around us all! it’s so crazy it’ll make you fall off your chair.

“The Un-sanitized Comedy Show” features the best of Shahzad Ghias Shaikh, Natalia Gul and Akbar Chaudhry. Their content and delivery surpassed all expectations and is easily comparable to the work of any international comedian of your choosing. Wrapped in satirical humour, their stories of childhood fights, relationship problems, and family politics will have you rolling on the floor clutching your stomach in futile attempts at controlling some very important muscles! The fact that their jokes are mostly derived from our culture and society, only make them so much more relatable for any onlooker.

In these tough times, Tapmad; in its efforts to erase all your worries; is finally airing “The Un-sanitized Comedy Show”. The wait is over guys, you can now watch the performance at the website.
