The team of Faisal Qureshi, Ahsan Rahim (and others) have an inherent quality. They are more than willing to make a joke at their own expense. Such jokes are usually not based on stereotypes, aren’t offensive or crude. This quality reflects at different points during the trailer of Teefa in Trouble. Having seen failure of a few different big banner films, last year; film makers are making all efforts to at the very least make the film look right.
Don’t get me wrong, the teaser and the trailer of Teefa in Trouble has wowed fans and critics alike. The film looks to have the ingredients of a massive hit. The trailer is full of fun moments and clever use of sarcasm and mockery, even at the expense of the man, Teefa. He will make you laugh, dance and perhaps fall in love with Pakistani cinema.
Teefa Will Be Making Trouble Internationally Through Yash Raj Films
Unlike the teaser, other characters get decent screen time here. Maya Ali as Anaya looks stunningly gorgeous. As her character’s promo suggested, she is a formidable girl. Javed Sheikh exudes poise and authority. While, Mahmood Aslam, as Butt sahab, provides some local flavour.
In 7 Din Mohabbat In, we have seen a very different Pakistan film. Now, by the looks of it, Teefa will ensure we are entertained and more on the 20th of July, 2018.
