The Witcher universe is still growing as Season 5 has been confirmed ahead of Season 3’s arrival!

Henry Cavill is to exit Netflix’s popular series after Season 3.

While a new Geralt of Rivia as Liam Hemsworth will be replacing Henry Cavill in season 4, whose release date is yet to be announced.

Meanwhile, Netflix hit fantasy show’s fifth season is already in the works, casting director Sophie Holland revealed in a recent interview.

This is the first formal confirmation of the fifth season despite the fact that rumors about it have been circulating since January.

The show’s casting director Sophie Holland has officially confirmed while talking to Deadline.

“We’re just about to start filming on season four with Liam Hemsworth, and there will be a short gap, then we go straight into season five,” casting director Holland revealed.

The third season of “The Witcher” arrives on Netflix in two parts, with Volume 1 hitting on June 29th and the second a month later.

Meanwhile, the showrunner of the series Lauren Schmidt recently talked about ending the show after Henry Cavill’s departure but told Total Film there were “just too many stories left to tell.”
