Outfitters Opens Factories to Supply Protective Suits to Doctors

Seems like the current pandemic crisis on the back of Coronavirus has hit the right chords for brands who recognize their social responsibility alongside business. The latest brand to offer its services against Coronavirus and play a helping role is Outfitters that has come forward with plan to manufacture free of cost protective suits.

Taking it to social media the brand announced its plan to supply free protective gear to healthcare workers in non-profit organizations, as doctors across the country face a lack of facilities and essential PPE.

“In response to COVID-19, Outfitters has opened up its factory to produce free of cost protective uniforms for our Healthcare Heroes working for non-profit health institutions,” Outfitters said on Instagram alongside an animated video depicting its protective suit design.

“We salute our healthcare workers and commit to protecting them while we push through these tough times. Together we can fight this,” the fashion brand further said.

Earlier, designers Asim Jofa and Deepak Parwani too announced to supply protective suits for medical professionals.
