British supermodel Stella Tennant dies suddenly at the age of 50

British supermodel Stella Tennant dies suddenly at the age of 50.

As being reported, Tennant lived in Duns, a town in the Scottish borders. She died on Tuesday, just five days after her 50th birthday.

Tennant took retirement from the fashion industry in 1998, returning on a part-time basis to shoot clothing campaigns and appear on the runway.

Her unconventional, androgynous looks made her one of the top models in the fashion industry in the 1990s. She made her debut in 1993 at the age of 23.

She went on to become the new face of Chanel and featured on several fashion magazine covers around the world.“It is with great sadness we announce the sudden death of Stella Tennant on 22nd December 2020,” her family said in a statement to the PA news agency.

“Stella was a wonderful woman and an inspiration to us all. She will be greatly missed.”

The fashion world was left in shock on her sudden demise news.

“Rest In Peace, darling Stella”,  shared Kate Moss’s official Instagram page while posting a photo of the supermodels together on a magazine cover.
