Dwayne Johnson’s Next Jungle Cruise is Inspired from Disneyland Adventure Ride

Dwayne Johnson is gearing up for the adventure and thrilled filled Jungle Cruise that just revealed its first teaser on Friday. The film inspired by Disneyland’s adventure ride is a story of a brother and sister who hire a boat captain to sail them through the Amazon river.

Sister (Emily Blunt) and brother (Jack Whitehall) believe that at the end of the Amazon stands a tree that has healing power. They hire Johnson – the cheapest boat captain – to sail them through the river highly infested with wild species. The ride is not only exciting but also gets the adrenaline rushed as the trio paves the way through the rough river tides and wildlings.

Director Jaume Collet-Serra is helming the film set to release on July 24, 2020. Alongside the three leads, Edgar Ramirez, Jesse Plemons, and Paul Giamatti are also starring in the film.

A co-production of Johnson and David Fox, the film is a Disney project.
