Film lovers it’s time to remark your calendars as few films have changed their release dates

Film fans have to wait a little longer to see their favorite actors in action on screen as he films makers have shuffled the release dates. There are numerous reasons being reported for the delay in film release, as few films are still under production and to set a final date seems to be a challenge.
Helicopter Eela
Latest news we heard about the Bollywood’s Kajol starrer “Helicopter Eela” that its release date has been postponed to October 12. Earlier, this film was slated for 7th September release. Pakistani author, Asma Nabeel will be making her debut as a song writer with this Pradeep Sarkar directorial.

Sonic The Hedgehog
The much hyped-up live-action Hollywood film based on Sega’s video game iconic character blue hedgehog “Sonic The Hedgehog” has been pushed changed as well. Paramount’s upcoming film was originally slated for release on November 15, 2019 but, now Sonic the Hedgehog will arrive in theaters a week early, on November 8, 2019.

This film features Ben Schwartz as the voice of the blue hedgehog Sonic.  Jim Carrey featuring as Dr. Ivo “Eggman” Robotnik, an evil genius, scientist, and inventor who keeps animals trapped in cages and may have gotten his hands on something very valuable to Sonic, and James Marsden as police officer Tom Wachowski, who ends up teaming with Sonic to stop Dr. Robotnik.

Top Gun 2
Tom Cruise fans who were delighted to hear the news of the making of the sequel of “Top Gun: Maverick”, and eagerly await to see him back in the cockpit, now have to wait a little bit longer. The film release has been pushed back to June 2020. It was previously slated for July 2019 release. According to the news source the film requires extra time to shoot the complex flight sequences with much advanced technology and off course the jet fighters.

Terminator 6
Paramount Pictures has also rescheduled the release date for the upcoming film of terminator franchise, Terminator 6. It’s been reported to get shifted from November 22, 2019 to November 15, 2019. Film stars Linda Hamilton as Sarah Connor and Arnold Schwarzenegger as the T-800 model Terminator. Film also introduces Gabriel Luna as a new Terminator, Mackenzie Davis as a soldier-assassin named Grace, and Natalia Reyes as Dani Ramos. According to producer James Cameron, Terminator 6 will “pass the baton” to the new characters to keep the action franchise fresh for years to come. Dead pool’s director Tim Miller helms the new movie.

Another film to get a new release date is the Cats movie, musical adaptation. Universal Pictures has given this film December 20th, 2019 release date. That was previously given to another Universal’s film Wicked, but that film will now be given a new date that will accommodate its production schedule.
The Oscar-winning The King’s Speech filmmaker, Tom Hopper is adapting the long-running Broadway musical with a star-studded cast that includes Taylor Swift, James Corden, Jennifer Hudson, and Ian McKellan. He penned the screenplay himself alongside Billy Elliott and War Horse scribe, Lee Hall.
