Imtiaz Ali gives a new spin to the classic love story, “Laila Majnu”
Imtiaz Ali is considered to be the man who is responsible for many of the best modern day Bollywood films based on love stories and now he is presenting his another fine piece of classic love story. The trailer of upcoming film “Laila Majnu” is just out. Produced by Balaji Motion Pictures this film is directed by Sajid Ali and actors Avinash Tiwary and Tripti Dimri will be playing the main lead. The film is set to release on 7th September.
The trailer provides a glimpse at the usual love story, location set to be Kashmir for this new spin to the classic tale. That includes the bloom of the love, the endless obstacles and separation. What could be new is the breathtaking views of Kashmir engaging with some music. Over all the trailer is just okay, with not many big names in the picture. Let’s wait for 7th September how people find it after its official release.
