Nargis Fakhri’s horror flick ‘Amavas’ gets a new release date

Bollywood’s upcoming horror flick starring Nargis Fakhri and Sachiin Joshi ‘Amavas’ gets a new release date. The film was earlier slated for 11 January; release has been pushed forward.

As being reported, as there were too many releases lined up for this month, the filmmakers decided to push the release date to February 1st.

In an interview, the lead actor of the film Sachiin Joshi, told, “We have made the film that we envisioned, but with so many releases one has to ensure that the film gets the correct showcasing and is able to reach out to a wide audience. We are happy that we’ve got a clear week”.

The upcoming horror flick was shot at Castle Goring in Sussex, England. The place is known to be one of the haunted places in England.

Filmmakers claim of using top-notch VFX. The trailer of the film looks appealing. But the audience will have to wait for few more days for the film release to find out the creep and fright level of this new film.

Amavas also feature other actors including Navneet Kaur Dhillon, Mona Singh, Ali Asgar and Vivan Bhathena. The director of the film, Bhushan Patel is known for making horror flicks such as 1920: Evil Returns (2012), Alone (2015) and Ragini MMS 2 (2014).
