Arnold Schwarzenegger is all set for making his TV debut with the Netflix series ‘Fubar’!

The eight-part action-comedy series titled Fubar will hit the OTT platform on May 25, 2023.

The Terminator star and former California governor announced Monday in his newsletter about the upcoming series and later Netflix shared the first glimpse at Schwarzenegger in Fubar.

“Everywhere I go, people ask me when I’m going to do another big action comedy like True Lies. Well, here it is,” Schwarzenegger said.

FUBAR will kick your ass and make you laugh — and not just for two hours. You get a whole season. It’s been a joy to work with Nick, Skydance and Netflix to give my fans exactly what they’ve been waiting for.”

FUBAR will follow the father and daughter as they “realize their entire relationship has been a lie and they truly don’t know one another at all,” per the show’s synopsis.

“A CIA operative on the verge of retirement discovers a family secret. Forced to go back into the field for one last job, FUBAR tackles universal family dynamics set against a global backdrop of spies, action and humour.”

The cast of the series also includes Monica Barbaro, Jay Baruchel, Fortune Feimster, Milan Carter, Travis Van, Gabriel Luna, Andy Buckley, Aparna Brielle, Barbara Eve Harris and Fabiana Udenio.

The series is created and executive produced by Nick Santora (Reacher, Prison Break), who is an Emmy nominee director and has much experience in the action and thriller genre.
