Chris Hemsworth’s Extraction 2 first look is out!
The sequel to Netflix 2020’s Extraction is bringing back both director Sam Hargrave and actor Chris Hemsworth together.
While, Joe Russo, who directed Hemsworth in the last two Avengers films, returns as co-producer and screenwriter.
The first look of the sequel reveals that after swinging into action in Bangladesh’s capital Dhaka, the stars have moved to a much colder location.
Sharing the photos on Instagram, Chris Hemsworth wrote, “Week two down on Extraction 2, here’s a couple of ice-cold snaps from @jasinboland @netflix @samhargrave @agbofilms.”

The setting appears to be the same as a behind-the-scenes video that he posted last week when filming began in Prague.
“Extraction 2!!! Tyler Rake lives!! How the f$&k is that possible you may ask?! You’ll have to wait and see, stay tuned!!” Chris captioned the post.
In the video clip alongside director Sam Hargrave, Hemsworth can be seen saying: “Two things are very different from the last film. 1. [It’s] very, very cold. 2. I’m alive. How? You’ll have to find out – watch the movie.”

After barely surviving his grievous wounds from his mission in Dhaka, Bangladesh, Tyler Rake is back, and his team is ready to take on their next mission, as per the official synopsis.
Though a release date for the sequel is yet to be confirmed.
