Scarlett Johansson, Jonathan Bailey, Mahershala Ali Battle Dino Danger in Thrilling ‘Jurassic World: Rebirth’ Trailer
The film hits theatres on July 2, 2025.

Scarlett Johansson, Jonathan Bailey, and Mahershala Ali star in the new dinosaur action film Jurassic World: Rebirth, which hits theatres on July 2, 2025.
Jurassic World: Rebirth promises intense action and suspense as Johansson, Bailey, and Ali’s characters face off against prehistoric threats in a high-stakes mission to unlock the secrets held by the planet’s last surviving giant dinosaurs
The movie is set five years after Jurassic World: Dominion and follows a covert operations team led by Johansson’s character, Zora Bennett, who is tasked with securing DNA from the three largest dinosaur species still surviving in isolated equatorial regions.
Jonathan Bailey plays palaeontologist Dr. Henry Loomis, and Mahershala Ali portrays Duncan Kincaid, Zora’s trusted partner on the mission.
The team’s operation intersects with a civilian family whose boating expedition is attacked by aquatic dinosaurs, leaving them stranded on a forbidden island that once housed the original Jurassic Park research facility. There, they encounter various dinosaur species, including dangerous mutant “failed attempts” that were too hazardous for the original park.
The film features battles against dinosaur birds and aquatic dinosaurs, including whale-sized creatures, as the team seeks genetic material that could lead to a life-saving medication for humanity.
Directed by Gareth Edwards and written by David Koepp, the film is produced by longtime Jurassic franchise producers Frank Marshall and Patrick Crowley, with executive production by Steven Spielberg and others.
The cast also includes Rupert Friend, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, Luna Blaise, David Iacono, and Ed Skrein among others17.
