The City School Students Shine at O/A Level Examinations

The students of The City School have achieved excellence in their O/A Level results, making it one of the best ever results obtained by the school network in the past forty years.

This attests to the fact that The City School not only has some of the brightest and most hard-working students in the country but also that it has teachers of such expertise and curriculum of such value, that students are continuing to excel at the highest level.

Advanced Curriculum:

The City School curriculum is derived from the UK National Curriculum and guides students from Nursery up to their O/A Level examinations. This year, 26,546 students appeared for their O/A Level exams from the northern, central and southern regions of the school.

Their outstanding results proves the fact that the curriculum that they had studied throughout their affiliation with The City School, made them well prepared to ace their papers.

The grooming of students starts right from their Early Years at The City School by sharpening of their communication, motor and social developmental skills. O/A Level Education:

The O and A Level programs at The City School offer a wide range of opportunities for the students.

Firstly, The City School offers a number of subjects to its students, so they can study the courses that attract them. Along with the eight compulsory subjects, there are also other attractive subjects that are being offered to O’ Level students like English Literature, Sociology, Additional Mathematics, Art & Design, and Environmental Management.

The classrooms are spacious, there are state-of-the-art Science and ICT Labs, Recreational areas, Cafeteria, Sports Grounds, well-resourced libraries, Gymnasium, Conference rooms and auditorium for the holding of concerts and plays.
