Bollywood music composer Wajid Khan dies of Covid-19 complications

Famous music director Wajid Khan, one of the music composers of the famous duo Sajid-Wajid has passed away after suffering complications due to suspected Covid-19 infection early Monday morning in India, according to media reports.
As being reported he was hospitalized a few days ago at Surana Hospital, Chembur where his condition deteriorated.
Music composer Salim Merchant, who confirmed the news of Wajid’s death, told the news agency that “He had multiple issues. He had a kidney issue and had a transplant a while ago. But recently he got to know about kidney infection… He was on the ventilator for the last four days, after his situation started getting worse. Kidney infection was the beginning and then he got critical”.
The 42-year-old music director has been popular for their work on superstar Salman Khan’s films including “Wanted”, “Dabangg”, and “Ek Tha Tiger”.
