Umair says that among youngsters nowadays, there is a lack of decision. They really can’t decide what they want from their life. And most importantly they are afraid of failures and struggle. Youngsters have zero patience. He further says that if you want to achieve your dreams And goals then You have to accept failure. It gives you strength. You just have to be patient and never back off.
