Justin Bieber Gets Emotional at Album Playback Event

Justin Bieber has just released his sixth music album ‘Yummy’ and as fans embrace his latest offering, he has much more personal to reveal.

“I don’t even think I should be alive, never mind thrive,” a teary-eyed Bieber said at the album playback party in Los Angeles.

The singer had quite a raw and emotional moment as he delivered a speech amid tears and emotions. He had some people to say thanks to while some others – without pinpointing – were mentioned as those who hurt him.

Variety reported that the Baby star shared he is “hurt by the industry” he grew up in and he does not know “who to turn to or trust”.

Bieber, however, had some nice words to say for his manager Scooter Braun, whom he mentioned as put up with a lot of troubles during the singer’s challenging times. He also thanked his wife Hailey Baldwin for sticking with him through thick and thin.

In the end, the 25-year old thanked God for helping him come out of depression and fighting illnesses.

“There’s power in weakness,” said Bieber who then thanked his fans for ‘loving’ him at his ‘worst’.

His upcoming documentary is a reflection of his struggles, the singer told the audience.
