Vaccination in Pakistan: 100-year-old Karachi resident gets vaccinated for coronavirus.
The man Karachi resident has been vaccinated for coronavirus notified Sindh Health Department on Wednesday.
According to the Sindh Health Department, an elderly named Israel Ahmed Minai received his first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine at a private hospital in Karachi on March 12.
Before administering the vaccine shot, Mr. Minai’s blood pressure, sugar, and other important tests were conducted.
He was kept under observation for 30 minutes after getting the vaccine dose.
In Pakistan, the second COVID-19 vaccination drive is currently underway for people above 60-years of age.
Citizens aged 60 and above have been advised to register for vaccination through mobile phones.

The text message can be sent from any mobile phone number in Pakistan.
The government will send a text message you back a confirmation message containing the following information:
A person can also register for vaccination at the government’s website:nims.nadra.gov.pk
