AIG Karachi Ghulam Nabi Memon tests positive for COVID-19

Ghulam Nabi Memon, Additional Inspector General of Police in Karachi, has tested positive for the coronavirus on Saturday.

As being reported, CIA DIG Arif Hanif has been given additional charge of AIG Karachi due to Ghulam Nabi’s illness.

Ghulam Nabi Memon has been after testing positive for COVID-19 is currently in isolation at his home.

It was reported earlier in the first week of October that 3,409 policemen were infected with COVID-19 in Sindh.

According to the spokesperson of the Sindh police, 3,366 cops have so far recovered while 19 lost their lives from the virus in the province.
