Days after winning the Nottingham Challenger, Pak-Mexican pair of Aisam ul Haq and Santiago González bagged another title, Ilkley Trophy by defeating India-New Zealand duo of Leander Pace and Marcus Daniel.
This was the main clash of the tournament, as the top two seeds went head to head in the final. However, the final was not as competitive as one would have thought as the Pak-Mexican duo sailed to a 2-0 win. The 1st set was taken 6-3, while the 2nd set ended 6-4.
