Allama Iqbal’s quirky statue elated at Lahore Park has left the netizens disappointed.

As soon as the images of the statue were shared on social media, Pakistanis were quick to notice the strange features of the huge size bust being associated with the National Poet Allama Iqbal.

The statue was unveiled on the 73rd Independence Day at Lahore’s Gulshan-i-Iqbal Park.

As being reported, the statue was not created by any professional artist but turns out to be an amateur tribute by the park’s gardeners to the national poet.

The oversized bust ever since its inception on social media is the target of all sorts of criticism, including demands to remove the statue from the park.
