Australian High Commissioner in Pakistan is rooting for PSL 5
It is for the first time that all the matches of the Pakistan Super League’s fifth edition will be played on the home grounds, for which the international players playing in PSL have arrived in the country.
Among international players, there are 4 Australian players playing in PSL’s fifth edition.
As Pakistan’s biggest cricket event kick starts today, Australian High Commissioner in Pakistan is rooting for the event.
Taking it to social media, Dr. Geoffrey Shaw, welcomed Australian players to Pakistan and expressed his excitement, terming PSL5 a great step for cricket.
He wrote, “A big welcome to the Australian players participating in the #PSL5 starting today. It’s a great step for cricket. The excitement is building for Pakistan Super League fans. #PSL5ComesPakistan”.

For the Fifth edition of PSL, 5 Australian cricketers have arrived in Pakistan. Chris Lynn and Ben Dunk are playing for Lahore Qalandars. Meanwhile, Shane Watson, Ben Cutting, and Fawad Ahmed are part of the Quetta Gladiator squad.
