Banks across the country are to remain closed for four days!

The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and all commercial banks in the country will remain closed for four days.

Banks will remain closed on 23 March, Thursday, being a public holiday on the occasion of Pakistan Day.

Meanwhile, the banks will remain closed on 24 March (Friday), likely to be the first of Ramazan, for Zakat deduction.

And after Friday, there will be holidays on Saturday and Sunday as per the normal schedule.

That makes today, Wednesday the last day of transactions with banks for the current business week.
