All the family members of Khan Muhammad Marri were rescued in various operations of the Levies Force

Kidnapped woman Gran Naz, her daughter and 4 sons were rescued by Levies force, who were allegedly in the custody of Balochistan Minister for Construction and Communications Sardar Abdul Rehman Khetran in the province’s Barkhan district.

All the family members of Khan Muhammad Marri were rescued in various operations conducted by the Levies Force.

The official statement said that 120 jawans and 4 teams of officers took part in the operations to recover the children.

The action of the security forces was carried out in the light of the directives of the Home Secretary Interior and DG Levies, in which the wife and daughter of Khan Muhammad along with a son were recovered in the initial raid.

The Levies force took action in three districts as Khan Muhammad Marri’s family was held hostage at different locations.

The levies quick response force conducted operations in east Balochistan and South Punjab to recover the hostages, it said.

The force took action in the areas of Kohlu, Dakki, Barkhan and Dera Bugti as Khan Muhammad Marri’s family was held hostage at different locations.

According to the Levies officials said that Naz, Farzana and Imran were recovered from Kohlu, Chamalang and Dakki in the border area of Bala Dhaka, respectively.

Meanwhile, Majeed was recovered from Dakki, and Ghaffar and Sattar from Kohlu and Dera Bugti, respectively, they added.

The force also foiled an attempt to transfer the two kidnapped boys to Punjab.

No arrests were made in the operations, the officials added.
