Minister for Prisons and spokesperson for the Government of Punjab, Fayyaz-ul-Hassan Chohan knows the art of cutting.
The video of the provincial minister cutting a ribbon with his teeth has gone viral on social media after Chohan also shared the clip on his Twitter account.
The clip shows Chohan was about to cut the ribbon for the inauguration of an electronics shop in his Rawalpindi constituency. However, the scissor provided to him did not seem to work despite several tries.
Chohan captioned the video clip saying, “scissors were blunt and bad”, adding that they “ set a new world record to save the shop owner from embarrassment”.
