Coronavirus pandemic: UAE confirms 63 new cases of COVID-19

UAE confirmed 63 more coronaviruses (Covid-19) cases on Saturday, raising the country’s total tally of infected persons to 468, according to the Ministry of Health & Prevention.

The announcement of the new cases was made by the in a press conference on March 28.

The government also thanked all the heroes from police, military, security in addition to the municipalities who worked on the National Sterilisation Programme and announced an extension of NSP till April 5.

The official spokesperson for the UAE health sector also thanked the citizens and residents for cooperating with authorities by following precautionary measures.

Coronavirus pandemic has hit over 199 countries and territories across the world, resulting in over 30,000 deaths worldwide.
