Coronavirus Threat: CM Buzdar announces 14-day lockdown in Punjab

Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar has announced a 14-day lockdown in the province amid novel coronavirus outbreak.
The lockdown will be implemented from March 24 to April 6.
The decision was taken during a meeting of the Punjab cabinet committee on coronavirus on Monday.
All non essential shops, malls and offices to remain closed, while ban also imposed on “double-sawari”.
There are 225 confirmed cases in Punjab, according to CM Buzdar.
CM Punjab earlier took to social media confirming the COVID-19 positive cases and also announcing the closure of Metro Bus service.
As of now, we have 225 confirmed cases of #COVID19. DGK quarantine 175, Lahore 34, Gujrat 4, Gujranwala 4, Jhelum 3, Rawalpindi 2, Multan 2 & Sargodha has 1 patient.
We are suspending #MetroBusService, temporarily, and disinfecting all buses.
