Dania Shah brought to Karachi by FIA
Dania Shah, the third wife of the late Aamir Liaquat, is accused of recording and leaking obscene video of him on social media.
Dania Shah was brought to Karachi by FIAon Friday after arresting her last night from Lodhrah.
FIA Cyber Crime Wing (CCW) Lodhran arrested Dania Shah during a raid.
Dania Shah was presented before the court in Karachi on Friday however, the remand could not be processed.
In the case pertaining to leaked indecent videos of the late Aamir Liaquat Hussain on social media, his third wife Dania Shah was presented by police in the court of Judicial Magistrate South of Karachi on Friday.
FIA could not obtain Dania Shah’s remand as the court’s time was over upon her presentation.
As reported, Daniya Shah was presented in the court at 12:50 by that time, Judicial Magistrate South Lala Asad Pathan had gone home after the court time was over.
The court staff said that they cannot produce the accused in the FIA case in any other court, so the police took back Daniya Shah who will be produced for remand tomorrow.
FIA arrested Daniya Shah from Lodhran yesterday.
Aamir Liaquat’s daughter and son had filed a complaint against Dania Shah in FIA.
