Earthquake of magnitude 4.1 jolts parts of Sindh, KP

Earthquake of magnitude 4.1 jolts parts of Sindh, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the wee hours of Sunday.
Tremors were felt in Hyderabad, Kotri and other areas of Sindh at 5:27 am this morning.
According to the National Seismic Monitoring Centre in Islamabad, the epicentre of the quake was recorded 70 kilometres west of Hyderabad and its depth was recorded at 30 km into the ground.
Several areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Swat, Shangla, Buner, Lower Dir, Upper Dir, Chitral, and Malakand, were also jolted by the earthquake.
These areas were jolted by the quake at 4.45 am on Sunday morning.
Residents across these cities were left in a panic as the majority were in their beds.
People who felt the tremors rushed out into the open spaces, reciting the Kalima and other verses from the Holy Quran.
So far there are no immediate reports of casualties or damage to property.
It was earlier on Wednesday night, earthquake tremors were also felt in several areas of Karachi.
