At least eight people have been killed, including two women and several children in a factory fire in Lahore in the wee hours of Tuesday.
According to the initial details, the fire blaze engulfed the perfume factory located in Imamia Colony after a gas cylinder burst. The incident have resulted in eight deaths and several burns injuries to people.
After the incident, the fire brigade and rescue teams reached the spot within 15 minutes of receiving the complaint. The rescue teams shifted the dead bodies and injured to the nearby hospital.
According to rescue teams, the fire has been brought under control while the cooling process is underway.
According to sources, ten firefighting vehicles took part in the operation to douse the fire.
