Billions of worth estates donated by Quaid-e-Azam, Liaquat Ali Khan grabbed in Lahore

The properties worth billions of rupees that was donated by the founder of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, sister of Quaid, Fatima Ali Jinnah and the first Prime Minister of Pakistan Liaquat Ali Khan have been occupied by illegal occupants in Gulberg, Lahore.

According to a private news media report, the Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE) Lahore has taken the notice of the occupation on the donated estates and asked Revenue Department officials of Patwar circle Icchra to send a detailed report of the properties.

The ACE has asked Revenue Department to send the complete details regarding when and how the not-for-sale properties were grabbed. Also, if the occupants purchased the properties under those circumstances, but, who sold them?

As reported, ACE, has also issued notices to Lahore Development Authority (LDA) about the illegal occupation on the donated estates. The LDA officials were also summoned before ACE.
