Karachi: 3 dead, 15 injured in an explosion in a residential building at Maskan Chowrangi

At least 3 dead and 15 people were left injured in an explosion in a residential building at Karachi’s Maskan Chowrangi on Wednesday morning.

Casulties are feared to increase, by looking at the intensity of the blast as one segmentof the apartment has collapsed. People are feared to be trapped below the debries.

As being reported, the explosion occured on the ground floor of the four-storey building of Allah Noor Apartments, situated opposte to Karachi University’s IBA Gate.

Rescue operation is underway, while cause of the balast being investigated.

Security forces have cordon off the area.
