Fake message circulating on social media about restrictions on posting Covid-19 information

A fake message is being circulated on social media stating that legal action could be taken against people posting information about the coronavirus, including the group admins on social media platforms including Whatsapp.

Pakistan Telecommunication Authority took to social media to clarify the fake notice in circulation. In a twitter message, PTA has urged people to visit the official websites for credible information.
