Senior journalist Fawad Khurshid passed away in Islamabad on Thursday, aged 44.
As reported, he had been severely ill for almost a year.
His funeral will be offered today after Isha prayers at Fazaiya Masjid in Fazaiya Housing Scheme, Islamabad.
He had been in the field of journalism for nearly 20 years.
Fawad Khurshid has been associated with the field of journalism for the past 20 years.
He has been associated with several news channels in various capacities, including Geo, Dawn, Capital, Neo, and Public News.
He was last serving as Director News of the Public News channel.
Condolences are pouring in following the news of Fawad Khurshid’s sudden demise.
