Internet service down in Karachi, as fire erupts at Cybernet-StormFiber head office

Internet service provided by Cybernet-StormFiber in Karachi is down, as fire erupted in the head office of the company.

As being reported fire erupted at the Cybernet-StormFiber head office situated at the Lakson Square building no 3, in Karachi. Details of the incident are not known yet.

Many of the internet users in various areas of the metropolis are experiencing the non-availability of the service by the internet provider.

The internet provider, StormFiber in a statement from its official Twitter handle said, “We are experiencing an unexpected outage on our network due to which our helpline is also temporarily unavailable. We will keep you posted with updates. Inconvenience is regretted”.

However, internet users were quick to respond to this development.
